Brookville, Ind. pro Bill Lowen has won the FXR Pro Fish Bassmaster Elite at St. Johns River with a four-day total of 73 pounds, 14 ounces. It is Lowen's second career title with the Elite Series. Wisconsin's Jay Przekurat finishes second with 73-10.
